Getting In The Right Mindset For 2016

Wow, it’s been ages since I last wrote something on my blog.

But I want to start changing that and today I only want to say this to you:

And the idea is that I no longer want to leave things for “whatever happens”.

The Power Of Writing Your Goals Down On Paper

In case you don’t know who I am or what I’ve been doing lately, I was living at my parent’s house and I finally moved to my own place just a few days ago.

To make this update a bit more interesting, I recorded my first video from the new place.

Before telling you what this is about, I want to tell you a very quick story (don’t worry, it’s brief and highly related).

I’ve never been a fan of body building.

Heck, I think I went to a gym for two months when I was in college and that was it.

I mean, I’m a long distance runner.

We’re not even supposed to develop huge bodies to run marathons but let’s get to the point already.
