Merry Christmas

Christmas GiftsHo, Ho, Ho, Merry Christmas everyone!

On this post there’s not much to say or do, it is more about sharing and wishing you all the best on this Christmas Eve and that you’re in company of your loved ones.

As for me, we’re having some delicious dinner plates tonight, plenty of gifts to open and I feel so blessed to have all my family together!

Mom has been cooking all day long and getting everything ready so I’m guessing she’s not feeling as excited as we are lol but she’s happy alright.

So, I don’t want to take much of your time today, I’ll just leave you with this video I just made for you.

Hope you guys enjoy it and be on the lookout for some Christmas presents!

Merry Christmas Video

Thank you for all your support, speak soon guys! ;-)

      Hey Linda,

      Glad you liked it! LOL

I used a service called JibJab, although to create a downloadable video for YouTube there’s a small cost involved.

I really didn’t mind as I really liked it and wanted to share it here. ;-)

Thank you for all your best wishes, I did have a great time, I wish you nothing but the best as well, hope you take care and speak soon!

Greetings, Good Day, and a Merry Christmas to you and yours, Sergio. A Happy New Year, too!
I have been following your blog for about a week, from when I learned about it through Dan Sumner’s blog. I subscribed via RSS. I like your writing style, and your first video is a real blast! It was a great piece of creativity to present here. I hope you receive many comments. Keep up the good work!

I have a website up and hosted, but it is not ready to publish. I am working on it and hope to begin shortly after the New Year.
Stay well and keep those posts coming. I will offer more comments from time to time.

      Thank you Sandy,

I created it using an online service called JibJab.

This was a paid “template” I used but they also provide free templates, although every download costs around $1.99 or $3.99 dollars.

(depending on your membership type, annual it’s just $12 -$1 a month-)

Hope you had an amazing Christmas night too and hope you crush it this year as well Sandy, all the best and speak soon! ;-)

Thank you for your best wishes!!

Oh, thanks, that’s useful to know Sergio. I’ve seen online sites where you can make similar funny videos but you have to send people the link to watch them in the site where they were created. You can’t download them and post them on Youtube.

Hi, Sergio. A Merry Christmas, again, to you and yours. I’m somewhat old-fashioned and traditional regarding Christmas, and sees January 6th as the end of the Christmas feast, so it’s a Merry Christmas until Jan.6th—-Ho-Ho-Ho!

I wanted to thank you for your reply to my post yesterday. I appreciate your comments and surely will let you know when the website is published. I would value your comments. Thanks, too, for telling your followers about “JibJab.” I had never heard of that site. Will check it out; perhaps I will one day make a video debut, too. That production might really be cause for a barrage of Ho-Ho-Hos!

Stay well and DO keep up the good work, and the best of luck to you in 2012.

      Hey Joseph,

I think that’s cool too, we also have a small celebration on January 6th.

Like I told you on the last comment, looking forward to check out your site, I keep my word! ;-)

About JibJab, maybe I can demo it very quick although it is very simple to use though and all you need is a picture from your face and you’re set to go.

Maybe this is a starting point for those afraid to shoot video, it could be!

Last but not least, thanks again for visiting me here and leaving your nice comments and wishes, I’ll try to do as good as I can for this 2012 my friend.

You can count on it, take care! ;-)

lol love that video Sergio it made me laugh :-D

I know I’m a little late commenting but I have been partying and spending time with my family. I even had a full day away from my computer.

On Christmas eve I made Nacho Mountain with tons of jalapeno peppers and sour cream, Burritos and Tacos. A little Mexican touch from the UK.

Hope you had a good one mate.

    Dan

      Wow Dan,

I did not know you liked Mexican food.

Actually I had a very hard time while trying to figure out where to get spicy foods in England.

Now that I can remember I never saw one tortilla over there either LOL

Where do you get all the ingredients from man?

      • Daniel Sumner December 28, 2011 at 2:23 am #

My Local supermarket stocks quite a lot of Mexican food. I cook a lot I really enjoy it, it helps me relax.

My favorite are traditional English, Thai and Mexican but I do cook other food. When I was in Mexico I used to eat Fajitas for breakfast :-)

          Fajitas for breakfast?

You really got it right then! haha

When I was overseas everybody had super light breakfasts, I really couldn’t even think right with just a toast and a cup of coffee.

I don’t really love Thai but then again I haven’t tried that one too much.

Traditional English… hmm I don’t have a clue what that could be.

Have never had fish and chips Sergio? And when I say chips I don’t mean the ones in the bag, but rather thick cut fries. Or how about a nice steak and kidney pie or cottage pie? Sunday roast with Yorkshire puddings too! Mmmm I’m hungry.

Try a Google search for those mate.

Haha sounds like really good dishes!

When I was at the Brighton Cove, I saw fish and chips being offered everywhere, I thought it was something local from the area.

Sadly, I never found the time to sit down and order that but when I got to London, I found a restaurant near St. Mary’s Hospital and I had the cod fish and chips dish.

              It was simply DELICIOUS man!

I liked it so much I actually had fish and chips the next day but with a different fish.

Guess I wasn’t aware that it was a traditional plate, thanks for the heads up!

PS. I think I even recorded a short video about the fish and chips, I’ll try to look for it when I get back home.
