First of all, I’m releasing the Patrick Griffin Interview to the public (the FULL video is below).

The intention was to give away a PDF transcript and sell the video as an upsell but I just couldn’t do that.

The interview was part of an experiment that was being shared for FREE to the public and this material should remain FREE as well.

Warning: this video was part of the Video Review Challenge and I was DEAD SCARED when I was recording it.

I had no clue on how to introduce Patrick so I just talked and mumbled for around one and a half minute.

However, if you do manage to survive my introduction, the video provides amazing content as Patrick literally CRUSHED the interview (in a good way, of course!)

I felt nervous at times and a bit more secure at others, so it was a rollercoaster for me but I would do it AGAIN without any second thoughts.

  • I have been studying Internet Marketing for over a year now
  • I’ve never spoke on video before
  • Never used any type of video editing software
  • I was frustrated for not being able to speak on camera
  • And I did not make ONE. SINGLE. VIDEO… EVER in all this time!!

I followed many professionals advice but to no avail since my fear was simply bigger than my drive.

I want to be short and sweet on this product review since it may not be suitable for the average marketer out there as this item is mostly used by musicians.

Why I Bought The Fast Track Pro

I bought this midi/audio interface as a recording tool and as I am a musician myself I thought that this would be a great investment since I wanted to get rid of all the cable mess I have in my workplace and the bulky mixers laying around.

I have also found that MANY marketers use audio interfaces like this everywhere which have absolutely NOTHING to do with instrument playing so you could benefit from having one of this gems in your workplace.

If you have any XLR mics laying around or in case you actually play an instrument, this is one of the best tools you can use to show your talent to the world!

First things first, I am far from being a graphic designer.

But I knew that for graphic creation I wanted to get something that felt a little bit more natural and comfortable than drawing with a mouse.

Why You Should Get A Pen Tablet

On a meeting with a friend of mine that makes a living as a graphic designer, he told me that doing graphics with a mouse would be the same as trying to draw with a brick.

To me, it did make perfect sense (and it also made me laught a bit) but what do you think about that?

Anyway, I don’t think I ever designed cool stuff before, I did make some logos and pretty simple basic stuff and honestly I think I never realized before that I was drawing with a brick OR a mouse!

[7-day VRC] Day 01: USB Flipcam Video UltraHD Review

USB Flipcam Video UltraHD Review

This post is the first post of the 7-Day Video Review Challenge to Overcome Fear of the Camera video series.

On this day I’m going to talk about the Flip UltraHD Video Camera.

I bought my Flipcam from Amazon several months ago.

Even though I did not use it that much in the beginning, I recently went on a trip to Europe where I visited England, Spain and France.

I started using the Flipcam every single day and recorded plenty of videos everywhere I went.

Why I Bought The Flipcam UltraHD

This pocket camera is so light and compact that many times I thought I had left it at the hotel but luckily for me, I hadn’t and was able to shoot video as I kept visiting more and more locations.

The model I have is the 3rd generation which is the newest one.

This one has an 8GB internal memory and allows to record up to 2 hours of video footage at a high 720p resolution.

I haven’t manage to record that much all at once so if you’re just starting out and need to record small videos from time to time, then this is a perfect fit.

The camera will automatically turn off when it’s not in use, some sort of automated battery saving mode.  Continue Reading →
